In most cases, you can expect your order to ship quickly to your location. However, Bavada Ltd reserves the right to reject any order at our discretion, including for suspicion of fraud, lack of supply, inability to deliver to the address given, or any other reason. If your order is rejected, we will not charge your card or account. If you have been charged, you will be promptly refunded.
This contract is deemed accepted only at the time of shipment. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order, and we may require additional information before accepting the order.
Product descriptions and images on our website are believed to be accurate and true, however, Bavada Ltd is not responsible for inadvertent errors, omissions or other differences between the actual product and the website description.
We carry almost all the products we have in stock for immediate shipment. Availability is also indicated on each product.
Normally we ship within 2 business days of the order via UPS or GLS and the products are received within 5 business days, usually 2 to 3 days. We will provide tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
In some cases, we ship directly from our suppliers. If the product you ordered is out of stock or will take an extended period of time for delivery, we will inform you in a timely manner, and you will have the option to cancel the order. We are not responsible for any costs associated with slow or late delivery.

Delivery is free for all orders over €80 in the EU. Under €80, the cost is €20 if shipping in the EU.
For shipments outside the EU, please contact us for delivery costs. We ship almost anywhere in the world, but we are not responsible for duties and taxes outside the EU.

Pricing and Payment
All transactions on Bavada.com take place in Euros. For your convenience, prices can be converted into GB Pounds, however, this will be converted to Euros at the time of the order. If you are purchasing using a non-Euro payment method, the actual final amount charged to you will depend on exchange rates at the time and your credit card provider’s policies.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Prices inclusive VAT are also shown for your information. If you have a valid VAT number, which is properly entered when registering on Bavada.com, then VAT will not be charged (depending on your location). Otherwise, VAT will be added to your order at the time of checkout. If you are shipping outside the EU, VAT will not be charged. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions or need help.
Payment is required before any items are shipped. If you are an established company that is known to us, and you are interested in credit, please contact us.

Cancellation and return policy
You may cancel your order within 14 days after you received your order. Please notify us via email at email@example.com for return instructions and authorization.
Product must be returned to Bavada Ltd. within 14 days of the return being authorized. Product must be in like-new condition and in the same packaging that it was received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. If the cost of shipping was included in the price of the product, a charge for shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Return of non-faulty products paid with credit cards will incur a 3.0% handling charge to compensate Bavada for credit card processing costs.
Refunds will be made once your product has been returned in good condition to Bavada Ltd at the address provided at the time the return is authorized. Refunds will be made in the same way in which the order was originally paid.
If you wish to return your item(s) 7 to 30 days after receiving your order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Product must be in like-new condition and in the same packaging that it was received. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the items to us. All Bavada products carry a warranty of at least one year, often more. Please check the length of guarantee of your product.
Products with defects can be returned and Bavada will replace either the unit or the defective parts at our discretion.
You must receive approval from Bavada before any returns can be accepted. Please e-mail email@example.com to receive a return authorization. Provide your name, the order number and the model number of your product. Please thoroughly explain the problem.
The guarantee does not apply to any defects due to damage caused by you, inadequate installation or other misuse of the product.
We respect your privacy and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your permission. We keep your email and other contact information in our database so that we may contact you in regard to your transaction.
Bavada.com is a secure site. All transactions on this site are securely processed by our banking and credit card partners, EMS and Payline. Your financial information is not seen by Bavada Ltd or stored in our files.

Liability and Force Majeure
Bavada will under no circumstances be responsible for any losses or damages not caused by any breach on our part.
If, despite its efforts, Bavada is unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, acts of God, etc), Bavada shall not be liable or seen to be in breach of its contract with the customer under these Terms and Conditions.
