Return policy

You may return your unused product within 60 days of purchase for a full 100% refund.  Product must be in like-new condition and in the same packaging that it was received.  Please e-mail returns@bavada.com for return instructions.

All Bavada products carry a warranty of at least one-year.  Products with defects can be returned and Bavada will replace either the unit or the defective parts at our discretion.  You must receive approval from Bavada before any returns can be accepted.
